The article presents a web-based system developed by researchers at Texas A&M University for creating visually valid single-panel cartoons. The system, which is available as open-source on GitHub, uses a methodology based on the techniques of professional cartoonists to ensure the correct placement of characters in a cartoon frame. The system is designed to be user-friendly and requires users to specify only a few parameters to create a cartoon. The research team developed the system with the aim of providing a basic infrastructure for developing more complex structures.
