The article presents BiasEye, a system developed to assist in the material screening process during recruitment. The system is designed to make the decision-making process more transparent and unbiased. It uses machine learning to model individual screening preferences and aids users in identifying and mitigating biases. The system was tested with 20 participants and found to increase bias awareness and confidence in decision-making.
