This article presents a study on the training routines of top-level esport players. Through interviews with players, coaches, and managers, the authors found that physical training was consistently mentioned as an important aspect, while nutrition was often overlooked. Qualitative analysis highlighted the importance of consistency and resilience for aspiring esport competitors. The study also identified areas for further research into the mental and physical demands of professional esports players.
