The article introduces SOCI+, an improved toolkit for secure outsourced computation on integers, which is critical for cloud computing to protect data confidentiality and ensure data usability. SOCI+ uses a novel (2,2)-threshold Paillier cryptosystem with fast encryption and decryption as its cryptographic primitive. It supports efficient secure arithmetic computation on integers protocols, including secure multiplication, comparison, sign bit-acquisition, and division protocols. The toolkit also incorporates an offline and online computation mechanism to further optimize its performance. Compared with its predecessor SOCI, SOCI+ is up to 5.4 times more efficient in computation and reduces communication overhead by 40%.
