This paper introduces TADA (Touch-and-Audio-based Diagram Access), a system that makes node-link diagrams accessible for blind and low-vision individuals. Diagrams are common in various fields but present accessibility challenges for visually impaired people. TADA allows users to explore diagrams through touch and audio cues, including musical tones and speech. It enables open-ended touch explorations, searching of specific nodes, navigation from one node to another, and information filtering. An evaluation with 25 participants indicated that TADA can be a useful tool for understanding different perspectives about a diagram and completing various diagram-related tasks.
