The article identifies 42 cognitive architectures for creating general artificial intelligence (AGI) and proposes a new cognitive architecture for intelligent systems approaching AGI. The new architecture uses a universal method of knowledge representation that combines various methods such as texts, images, audio and video recordings, algorithms, databases, neural networks, etc. The cognitive architecture includes machine consciousness, machine subconsciousness, interaction with the external environment, goal management, emotional control system, social interaction, reflection, ethics and worldview block, learning block, monitoring block, and self-organization and meta learning block.
