The article introduces Matcha, an IDE plugin that facilitates developers in creating accurate privacy nutrition labels for Google Play. The tool uses automated code analysis to detect user data accesses and transmissions, allowing developers to generate more accurate labels. The tool was evaluated with 12 developers, who found it beneficial in improving the accuracy of the labels. The article concludes by discussing general design recommendations for creating accurate standardized privacy notices.
