The paper presents a novel method called Optimal Transport-guided Conditional Score-based Diffusion Model (OTCS) to deal with real-world applications that have unpaired or partially paired data. The method establishes a coupling relationship for such datasets based on L2-regularized unsupervised or semi-supervised optimal transport. The OTCS model has proven effective in unpaired super-resolution and semi-paired image-to-image translation, demonstrating its ability to transport data across distributions, a significant challenge for Optimal Transport on large-scale datasets.
