The article introduces the Robotic Signal Designer (RoSiD) tool developed to improve human-robot interaction. The tool allows users to design signals for robots based on their communicative preferences. It uses three types of signal components: visual, auditory, and kinetic. The tool was evaluated using three hypotheses related to its usability, learning curve, and the benefit of suggested signals. The RoSiD tool signifies an advancement in the personalization of robotic systems, increasing their effectiveness in collaborative environments.
