The article discusses the development of an ontology for multi-agent systems in smart cities. It focuses on the use of autonomous software entities, or agents, to manage and utilize connected devices to provide personalized services. The ontology, formatted in OWL, describes the infrastructure of objects, their links with the organization of the multi-agent system, and the services to be delivered according to the users of the system. The authors apply the ontology to intelligent mobility for people with reduced mobility, with potential for adaptation to other aspects of the smart city.
