SpatialVisVR is a virtual reality (VR) platform designed to help in comparing medical images. It’s adaptable for data privacy and can capture pathology slides in real time via mobile. The platform uses a deep learning algorithm to match and display similar multiplexed immunofluorescence (mIF) images. It allows clinicians to add or remove up to 100 multiplexed protein channels, which aids in immuno-oncology decisions. The ultimate goal of SpatialVisVR is to optimize diagnostic processes and promote a holistic, efficient approach to immuno-oncology research and treatment.
